Frozen Mangos




Frozen Mangos Mangos are delicious and rich in vitamins; minerals and antioxidants, besides, mangos have an enzyme with stomach soothing properties equivalent to papain found in papayas. Besides is a good source of dietary fiber. They also contain some protein and amino acids, about 2% of your daily recommended amount.
